Crisis Stabilization and Inpatient Diversion (CSID)
Providing Short-Term Support During Mental Health Crises
CSID is a therapeutic community residence offering short-term stays for adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. It’s designed to help avoid the need for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or to provide a step-down from inpatient care, supporting individuals as they transition back to community-based support.
Our residential program creates a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment for individuals experiencing mental health crises. Stays typically range from three to seven days, with a focus on active participation in daily activities such as medication management, psychoeducational groups, communal meetings, and meal preparation.
