A Second Chance Through Treatment
Alternative Justice for Better Outcomes
Treatment Court’s purpose is to offer an alternative to the “regular” legal process so offenders can put their lives back together without a criminal history. Referrals for this program are made through the Criminal Justice System. Treatment Court is a collaborative effort between Community Care Network, Rutland District Court, the State Attorney’s Office, and the Public Defender’s Office, supported by the State of Vermont.
