Quitting Time is an intensive outpatient substance use treatment program that allows people to maintain their daily routines while receiving the psychological and social support necessary for recovery.

Sessions include structured individualized activities designed to foster an understanding of the disease of addiction and relapse prevention strategies.

Quitting Time Consists of:

  • Approximately twenty, 3-hour group sessions held over a 5-week period

  • Instruction in tools and skills to develop a lifestyle of recovery

  • Weekly individual therapy or case management meetings to address barriers

  • Development of Relapse prevention plan

  • Aftercare planning

  • Assessment of goals and objectives agreed upon in individual care plan
