Caring for the Mental and Emotional Well-Being of Older Adults
Community Care Network provides outreach mental health services to elders, including assessment, case management, and individual therapy for both mental health and substance use disorder counseling. We aim to ensure older adults can access the help they need by offering services in-home.
Additionally, we offer Caregiver Support to ensure those providing care to others are getting the support they need.
