Peer Support Services
Experience-Based Support That Makes a Difference
At Community Care Network, we believe the most powerful support comes from those who have walked a similar path. Our peer support teams combine their personal experiences with professional training to offer understanding, hope and practical guidance.

Adult Mental Health Support
We provide peer support and counseling across multiple programs to ensure individuals receive guidance from those with lived experience in recovery. Our peer support services are available in:
- Maplewood Recovery Residence
- Crisis Stabilization & Inpatient Diversion (CSID)
- Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT)
Our Peer Wellness Group Facilitator helps participants across all Adult Services programs develop peer-led groups focused on wellness and recovery. Open to all adult clients, these groups provide space for connection and support within our psychiatric rehabilitation and outpatient mental health services.

Substance Use Recovery
Recovery is stronger when you're not alone. Our Peer Services Coordinator works directly with you, connecting you to experienced Peer Recovery Coaches through a collaboration with Turning Point Center of Rutland, and our Peer Support Specialists provide crucial support during transitions and in the initial stages of recovery.

Family & Early Childhood Support
Parents need support too. We provide direct peer supports in Early Childhood Treatment (ECT) through:
-
The evidence-based group parenting program Circle of Security Parent Facilitation to strengthen parent-child connections.
-
Community advocacy initiatives like "Climb Out of Darkness: You are Not Alone," created to support parents by increasing awareness and reducing stigma around Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorder.
